For their victory at ESL Mistrzostwa Polski Autumn 2023, the team received:
- $6,258
A direct invite to Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2024
It’s noteworthy that this is the second time they have qualified for this championship through regional qualifiers, but last time at the LAN event, they only won 19 rounds across three played maps.
Previously, the captain of the Monte team, Viktor “sdy” Orudjev, accused these players of cheating, although they were playing under the tag Permitta at the time.
sdy stated:
We won European pro league, finally this end i can type. You as a t.o. should never invite this paloma/permitta team to your tournament. If you analize their demos its obvius for any reasonable player that they are cheating. I hope to never play against them. 1/2

However, there’s no 100% proof that they are playing with cheats or anything like that. But if you look at their demos, everything becomes clear, and it’s puzzling why ESL hasn’t banned these players yet.
